Where are you located?
Every Backyard Reserve shirt is printed right here in the United States, with facilities in Florida and Texas. We believe in quality from the start — American-made, like the bourbon that inspires us.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your order. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Because our apparel is made-to-order, please email us at support@mybackyardreserve.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue — we'll work with you to make it right.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
What materials are your products made of?
We don't cut corners on the shirt any more than a good distillery cuts corners on the barrel. Every tee is made with quality materials — comfortable, durable, and built to be worn. Exact specs vary by item and are listed on each product page.
